This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return goods, and receive a refund.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the shipment. However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights explained below.

Statutory Right to Cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period starts from the day after you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods.

Returning Goods After Cancellation
If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
The goods should be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

If you cancel because you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
The cost of returning an item to China is not fixed and may be expensive for some products. The cost will depend on the weight of the product, your location, and the courier you choose. We do not set or control the return shipping price.
Refunds After Cancellation
