All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Processing may take a little longer during busy periods, such as holidays, new launches, limited-edition releases, or periods of high order volume.

We offer flat-rate delivery across the United Kingdom.

Please note that all orders are dispatched from China.

This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return goods, and receive a refund.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the shipment. However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights explained below.

Statutory Right to Cancel

You have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period starts from the day after you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us before a refund can be completed.

Returning Goods After Cancellation

If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.

The goods should be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

Please note that returns must be sent to our return address in China.

If you cancel because you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

The cost of returning an item to China is not fixed and may be expensive for some products. The cost will depend on the weight of the product, your location, and the courier you choose. We do not set or control the return shipping price.

Refunds After Cancellation

If you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amount paid for the goods and the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout, where applicable.

This does not include the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you cancel because you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return postage costs, unless we have agreed otherwise or the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever happens first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Exchanges

If your item is in new condition, you may request an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

The original item must be returned to us first before a replacement can be sent.
