Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
If your order hasĀ not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue aĀ full refundĀ to your original payment method.
If your order hasĀ already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the shipment. However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights explained below.

Statutory Right to Cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel most online orders withinĀ 14 daysĀ from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Returning Goods After Cancellation
