  • If you are wearing progressive glasses for the first time, please note that most people need about a week to get used to wearing progressive glasses, but the adaptation time varies from person to person.
  • Therefore, we recommend that you do not attempt to wear glasses for more than 1 hour per day for the first three days after receiving them. From the fourth day to the seventh day, you can wear it for more than 1 hour every day according to the situation, and on the eighth day, you can wear it according to the actual situation.
  • Because there are astigmatism obstacles on both sides of the lens, you need to turn your head and eyes to see objects on both sides clearly. If you look at these areas, your eyes may be twisted and you may feel uncomfortable.
  • Note: Please use neutral detergent or soapy water to clean, then dry gently with a clean glasses cloth. Each pair of glasses is manually inspected. This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return goods, and receive a refund.

 

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the shipment. However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights explained below.

Statutory Right to Cancel

You have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period starts from the day after you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us before a refund can be completed.

 

Returning Goods After Cancellation

If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.

The goods should be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

Refunds After Cancellation
